PARAGRAPH uses low temperature vacuum distillation, currently the gentlest and most aroma-preserving method available. An integrated aroma recovery system captures and reintegrates key aromatic compounds to retain the wine's original character.

PARAGRAPH is a non-alcoholic wine containing less than 0.5% alcohol by volume. Each wine is made from real wine, our Tempranillo from Spain and our Chardonnay from France, then gently dealcoholized at low temperature. It is not a grape-juice blend and contains no added flavors.

Because in true non-alcoholic wine, all of the aromas, flavors and character come from the base wine. For the finished wine to be expressive, complex and engaging, the base wine must have great character and intensity before the alcohol is removed.

Serve PARAGRAPH as you would any wine, in a wine glass, with time to open. The Tempranillo is best at 57 to 61°F, lightly cool rather than at room temperature. The Chardonnay is best at 43 to 46°F, properly chilled. Either can be enjoyed on its own or alongside food.

Each PARAGRAPH wine is sourced where that grape is at its best. Our Tempranillo comes from Spain, from vineyards above 700 meters, and our Chardonnay from Southwest France, under Atlantic and Pyrenean influences. Both are crafted from premium base wines by respected growers and wineries, then carefully dealcoholized to preserve their character.

Store PARAGRAPH as you would the equivalent full-alcohol wine, in a cool dark place between 50 and 64°F, away from direct sunlight and heat. Once opened, keep both wines refrigerated.

Treat either wine the same as its full-alcohol equivalent. Both are best within 2–3 days of opening, recapped tightly and refrigerated.

Allow the Tempranillo to air if you can, by decanting, but a few minutes in the glass has the same effect. The Chardonnay needs no decanting, simply serve it properly chilled.

We do not ship to military addresses, other US territories or international addresses from this site. PARAGRAPH is non-alcoholic, so state alcohol shipping laws do not apply.

Standard ground shipping in the contiguous US and DC is a flat $10 for a single bottle, and two bottles or more ship free. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico pay the carrier's rate calculated at checkout.

Orders placed before 12pm (noon) Eastern on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed after noon, on weekends or on US federal holidays ship the next business day. You will get a shipping confirmation with tracking when the order leaves our fulfillment center.

Ground delivery in the contiguous US takes 3 to 7 business days after the order ships. Carrier estimates do not include processing time, weekends or holidays.

No. PARAGRAPH is non-alcoholic, so no adult signature is required and the carrier delivers as it would any parcel.

Yes, before it ships. Email contact@paragraph.wine with your order number and the change you need. Once the order is with the carrier we cannot intercept it, and the return terms below apply instead.

Email contact@paragraph.wine within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the carton and the affected bottles. We replace the wine, refund it or issue store credit, your choice, and in most cases you keep the damaged bottles. If tracking shows no movement for seven business days we open a carrier investigation and replace or refund the order. If a package is marked delivered but has not arrived, check with neighbors and building staff, then tell us within seven days of the delivery scan.

Opened bottles cannot be returned. Unopened, sealed bottles in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Email us for a return authorization first. Return shipping is at your cost and the original shipping charge is not refunded. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days of receipt, plus your bank's processing time.

Sometimes. PARAGRAPH is a wine-style beverage, and prolonged heat or freezing in transit can affect quality. During extreme weather we may hold an order for one or two business days and email you if we do.

State and local sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout where it applies. Because the wines are non-alcoholic, no alcohol excise tax applies.
