Payment Policy

How we accept and process payments for Paragraph orders in the United States.

This Payment Policy describes how Paragraph is operated in the United States by LBMGB LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company, as U.S. merchant of record for orders placed at us.paragraph.wine (the "Site"). It is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Use.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

All available payment options are presented at checkout. Some digital wallets appear only on supported devices and browsers (for example, Apple Pay on Apple devices). We do not currently accept PayPal, checks, money orders, cash, wire transfers, or cryptocurrency.

2. Currency and Pricing

All prices on the Site are listed and charged in U.S. dollars (USD). The total order amount — including any applicable sales tax and shipping — is displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors as described in Section 6 of our Terms of Use.

3. When You Are Charged

When you place an order, you authorize LBMGB and our payment processors to charge the total order amount, including taxes and shipping, to your selected payment method. Payment is processed when you place your order; your order is not accepted until we send an order confirmation email and payment has been processed.

If we cancel an order — for example, for suspected fraud, a pricing or description error, or insufficient inventory — any amount already charged will be refunded to your original payment method.

4. Payment Security

All payments are processed through Shopify's secure checkout, which is certified PCI DSS Level 1 — the highest level of payment-industry security certification. Payment details are encrypted in transit, and full card numbers are handled by our payment processors and are never stored on our systems.

5. Sales Tax

Applicable U.S. state and local sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout. LBMGB collects and remits sales tax in jurisdictions where it is required to do so. Because our products are non-alcoholic, no state alcohol excise taxes apply.

6. Discount Codes and Promotions

Promotional discount codes can be entered at checkout. Offers are subject to the terms communicated with the offer and may be limited in duration, quantity, or product eligibility. We are unable to apply a discount code to an order after it has been placed.

7. Declined or Failed Payments

If your payment method cannot be authorized, your order will not be completed. Please verify your billing address and card details, or use a different payment method. We may delay or cancel orders that fail payment verification or fraud screening, as described in our Shipping Policy and Terms of Use.

8. Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method as described in our Refund Policy. After a refund is issued, the time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

9. Subscriptions and Recurring Charges

We do not currently offer subscriptions or automatic-renewal billing on the Site. You will only be charged for orders you place.
