Shipping Policy
How we ship Paragraph orders across the United States.
This Shipping Policy describes how LBMGB LLC (dba A Route West / Avenor), the U.S. merchant of record for the Paragraph brand, ships orders placed at us.paragraph.wine (the "Site"). It is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Use.
1. Where We Ship
We ship to all fifty (50) U.S. states, the District of Columbia, and U.S. military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO). Because Paragraph is a non-alcoholic beverage, our shipments are not restricted by state alcohol direct-shipping laws.
We do not currently ship to U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, etc.) or to international destinations from this Site. For international purchases, please visit Paragraph's primary website.
2. Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Most orders are processed and handed to the carrier within one to three (1–3) business days of order confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your order leaves our fulfillment center.
We may delay processing for fraud verification, payment-authorization issues, weather events affecting our fulfillment center, or carrier disruptions.
3. Shipping Methods, Times, and Costs

Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and do not include processing time or weekends/holidays. Actual delivery times may vary.
Free standard shipping applies to orders with a merchandise subtotal of $100 or more (before tax) shipping within the contiguous U.S. The threshold is calculated after discounts and before tax and shipping fees. Expedited and overnight services remain available at checkout for an additional charge. Free or promotional shipping offers may otherwise be subject to the terms communicated at the time of the offer.
4. Carriers
We currently ship via common carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and USPS and may change carriers at our discretion to ensure timely delivery.
Because our products are non-alcoholic, adult signature on delivery is not required. Standard carrier delivery practices apply. You may request signature confirmation as a paid add-on at checkout where available.
5. Sales Tax
Applicable U.S. state and local sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout. LBMGB collects and remits sales tax in jurisdictions where it is required to do so. Because our products are non-alcoholic, no state alcohol excise taxes apply.
6. Risk of Loss; Title
Title to and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier at our fulfillment center (FOB origin). However, as a customer-experience matter, we will work with you to resolve issues with packages lost or damaged in transit as described in Section 8.
7. Delivery Address
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from an incorrect address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refused delivery, we will refund the product price (less original shipping and any return-shipping fees charged to us by the carrier) once the package is received back at our fulfillment center.
If you need to change a shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at support@paragraph.wine. We cannot guarantee a change can be made once the order has entered fulfillment.
8. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages
Damaged on arrival
If your package or any product arrives damaged, contact us within seven (7) days of delivery at support@paragraph.wine with your order number and photographs of the damaged item and packaging. We will, at our option, replace the product, refund the purchase price, or issue store credit.
Lost in transit
If carrier tracking shows no movement for seven (7) consecutive business days, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will replace or refund the order.
Marked delivered, not received
Please check with neighbors, household members, building staff, and the carrier's local delivery hub. Report the issue within five (5) days of the marked-delivered date so we can investigate.
9. Returns of Shipped Orders
Return terms (including the 30-day window for unopened products and customer responsibility for return shipping) are described in Section 8 of our Terms of Use and remain part of this Shipping Policy by reference.
10. Climate and Seasonal Notes
While Paragraph products are non-alcoholic, they are wine-style beverages and prolonged exposure to extreme heat or freezing temperatures during transit can affect quality. We may, in our discretion, hold orders for one to two business days during extreme weather events to protect product quality. We will email you if your order is being held.
11. Backorders and Allocation
Some Paragraph vintages and limited releases may be allocated. If your order includes a backordered item, we will contact you with the expected ship date and your option to wait, substitute, or cancel.
